Tokyo International Gallery (Shinagawa, Tennozu) is pleased to present "2024 Exhibition AshuPine," a solo exhibition by AshuPine.

AshuPine's works are created for “people who want to take care of space.”

In my own search for the positioning of art within a space, I eventually became involved in spatial design. The path of this work is to organically combine all the objects and elements existing in a space and design a continuous space. No matter what type of art, I always try to harmonize with the space and enhance the value of the space.

AshuPine's art combines power and delicacy, sometimes using avant-garde expressions to highlight its uniqueness, but always focusing on quality and elegance.

While developing innovative collaborations in the fields of architecture, interior design, and fashion, the new spatial art that combines unique aesthetics and digital technology will continue to expand upon the traditional vocation and mission of the “designer.” Shaking off preconceived notions, we hope to give form to this world by creating an image of what people truly desire.

Aware of the responsibility of those involved in manufacturing, and in line with the principles of the SDGs, the company takes the stance of "creating only what our clients and ourselves truly need," and thoroughly manages the manufacturing process in consideration of the environment.

Based in Tokyo and active in Japan and abroad, AshuPine opens new possibilities in spatial art with its one-of-a-kind perspective and innovative techniques.

For this exhibition, she will hold her annual solo show at White Cube. Approximately 50 works will be exhibited, including large works.

While receiving numerous commissions to create artwork for offices, hotels, restaurants, residences, etc., she pursued the possibilities of art from a new perspective, wondering how to create a world where "space" and "artwork" are woven together as one. Self-taught in a variety of techniques, she has also taken on the responsibility of spatial design. Her delicate and clear design drawings are highly acclaimed, and she is often commissioned to do stand-alone design drawings.

In 2022, she collaborated with an international interior design business based in Dubai to create art for high-end model rooms around the world. Other design fields include labels and logos for commercial products, interiors and interior design, and more.

In 2024, she won an haute couture dress design competition. Recognized for her unique and challenging style that combines an eye for beauty and digital technology to create something that has never been seen before, without being bound by the traditions and materiality of clothing. Appointed as Haute Couture designer for the
Paris Collection Spring/Summer 2025 on the official schedule of the fashion week. She will work on new dresses.

The diverse AshuPine original aesthetic and philosophy that has been cultivated continues to spread to other fields such as architecture, interior design, and fashion, creating a new form of art that transcends the boundaries of traditional design.
