夜空と盃 Ⅱ|Drinking under the Moonlight Ⅱ
Apr 4 — 24, 2026
We are pleased to announce Drinking under the Moonlight II, on view from 4 to 24 April.
In Part I, we showcased antique drinking vessels, paintings of the night sky, and vintage furniture designed by Japanese and French architect/designers.
In this second part, we bring together glassware associated with wine and Western spirits, including sets by Old Baccarat and Lobmeyr, as well as individual pieces by Gallé and Daum, alongside paintings of the night sky and vintage furniture from Japan and France.
The exhibition features new works by contemporary artists Iori Nagashima, Naritaka Sato, Sawako Nasu, Shiro Tsujimura, and Yuichiro Moriyama, together with works by Yuichi Inoue. Furniture by Pierre Guariche and Shiro Kuramata is also presented, creating a different atmosphere from Part I.
Seated quietly with a cup in hand, one looks up at the night sky.
This exhibition was created with such an evening in mind.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all those involved for their generous support in making this exhibition possible.
