BIO
Iori Nagashima was born in 1997 in Osaka and graduated in 2020 from Musashino ArtUniversity.
His motifs are "stories I saw somewhere" such as striking images I saw on the Internet or scenes from movies. He transforms memorized images into paintings, sometimes faithfully
reproducing them with strokes unique to oil painting, and sometimes filling them in ambiguously, on the theme of "what you see/what you don't see".
