First Love

YOD TOKYO is pleased to present a solo exhibition by Kyuko2go, titled “First Love”. ーArtist Statementー The theme of this exhibition is “The source of creation is similar to first love.” Attracted to someone, with a wavering heart, and feelings that cannot be expressed in words overflowing in one's heart - I thought that such an impulse, like first love, would be the starting point of the expression. Emotions that one cannot resist drawing, memories that emerge in the light. In this exhibition, paintings of human figures will be presented, overlapping the gaze of the past and the present.
