TENJISHITSU project exhibition Even where you can't see it, something is always going on.

The Tenjishitsu Project, based in the Exhibition Room on the first floor of Chofu City Cultural Hall Tazukuri, aims to create a space in Chofu where people can encounter something or someone they do not yet know, imagine new possibilities, and connect with others through art—bringing about change in themselves. For this exhibition, we welcome Nozomu Ogawa, an advisor to the project who has led numerous art projects, as curator. Four emerging contemporary artists will present their work through a variety of approaches and programs. ◆Participating Artists & Programs Aokid — Performance 　○ NAKA (Inside) 　An installation based on research conducted in Chofu will be presented. 　Venue: Exhibition Room, 1F, Chofu City Cultural Hall Tazukuri 　Dates: Throughout the exhibition period 　● SOTO (Outside) 　A dance created together with workshop participants will be performed (from 1:30 p.m. each day), along with intermittent performances by Aokid. 　Venue: Tetsumichi, north side of Building C, Trie Keio Chofu 　Dates: Saturday, November 14 & Sunday, November 15, 1:00–5:00 p.m. Takehiro Iikawa — Installation 　○ NAKA (Inside) 　A new installation will be presented. 　Venue: In front of Kusunoki Hall, 2F, Chofu City Cultural Hall Tazukuri 　Dates: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays during the exhibition period, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Yoshinao Iguchi — Video 　○ NAKA (Inside) 　A research-based video work focusing on the history of Chofu will be screened. 　Venue: Exhibition Room, 1F, Chofu City Cultural Hall Tazukuri 　Dates: Throughout the exhibition period 　● SOTO (Outside) 　An outdoor screening of the video work. 　Venue: Chofu Station Square, on the wall of Bic Camera Keio Chofu 　Dates: Friday, November 13–Sunday, November 15, 5:00–8:30 p.m. Tatsuru Hatayama — Patchwork 　○ NAKA (Inside) 　Patchwork and quilt works created together with workshop participants will be exhibited. 　Venue: Exhibition Room, 1F, Chofu City Cultural Hall Tazukuri 　Dates: Through Sunday, January 24, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. 　● SOTO (Outside) 　A participatory workshop themed “A Colorful City.” 　Venue: Chofu Station Square 　Dates: Friday, November 13, 1:00–5:00 p.m.; Saturday, November 14 & Sunday, November 15, 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. 　 　Outdoor Atelier 　Artists selected through an open call will gather at Chofu Station.
