When I was little, I often went to play at a mansion across from my house, with a garden that felt like a forest. This work depicts my memories of the tall grass as I saw it from a child’s eye level.
That mansion was sold around the time I entered elementary school, and the property was cleared in an instant. For more than twenty years since, the land has remained a parking lot.
