1978 東京都生まれ
2001 Diploma at Coláiste Stiofáin Naofa、コーク、アイルランド
2005 BA in Fine Art, アート & デザイン国立大学 (National College of Art and Design), ダブリン
アイルランドのNational College of Art and Designを卒業後、ダブリンを拠点にアーティスト活動をスタートする。2018年に１年間の限定で京都にスタジオを移した。それまで精神的な基盤としていた17世紀のオランダ絵画の影響に加え、琳派や若冲等の絵師の目線で京都の町屋の軒先の花々の四季に目を向けるうちに新たな表現が開花する。2016年ごろから描いていたテーブルにオブジェクトを並べていくシリーズでは日本的な要素と西欧の伝統的な静物画の美意識が見事に調和しより成熟した作品群に発展している。
